Installation and Unveiling

'Adam'                   

The product of a residency working with some 'hard to reach' children. The figure was cast (from Renatto Gjinni) and encased in layers of defences, stripped back to the heart and brain. It's location brought about the transformation of an unused garden area and its use as a peace garden.
Daniel House School (Pupil Referral Unit), Clissold Road, Stoke Newington, London. Closed 2010 - (fate of sculpture as yet unknown).
Resin bonded slate, aluminium, brass and cast Concrete. Commissioned by Freeform Arts Trust Hackney (now no more) in 2005.
